A rich teal monotone palette defines the interior, grounded by natural stone and timber for warmth and contrast. Sustainability informed every decision, blending existing furnishings with curated new pieces for a seamless finish.
The showpiece: a six-metre-high faux stone wall, framed in vertical timber slats — a striking arrival moment that commands attention from the outset.

This relocation project embraced modern industrial expression. Exposed concrete and brickwork, visible ducting and cable trays, and cementitious flooring establish a bold, honest backdrop.
These raw elements were carefully composed around existing furniture assets, ensuring cohesion without excess. Timber insertions introduce warmth and tactility, softening the industrial framework and enriching the spatial experience.

The ground floor operates as a dynamic public interface, integrating meeting suites, training facilities, an auditorium, and a vibrant work café to anchor engagement. Above, layered hybrid environments combine enclosed offices, semi-private zones, open-plan desking, collaborative hubs, lounges, and flexible meeting spaces.
Timber and material warmth temper the industrial framework, while spatial clarity reinforces wellness and human-centred design.
The result is a workplace that balances efficiency with openness — built for focus, collaboration, and cultural renewal.

At its centre, a café-style canteen acts as a vibrant social anchor — the heart of the workplace — elevated by a sophisticated palette of natural, earthy tones layered with bold Afro-inspired prints.

This transformation reimagines the existing office as a multifunctional environment that supports both productivity and pause. Strategic upgrades introduced new furniture, abundant greenery, and a vibrant cafeteria zone.
A minimalist foundation is enriched with subtle gestures of opulence. Clean lines and restrained forms are layered with rich finishes, brushed gold accents, and refined wall panelling details that add depth without excess.
Biophilic principles anchor the design, weaving lush plant life throughout to promote wellness and calm. The result is a workplace that feels elevated yet grounded — where minimalism meets warmth, and every space invites focus, play, or quiet retreat.
